Marknadsdomstolen f\u00f6rbjuder A. K. med enskild firma Teknik Kedjan vid vite av sjuhundrafemtiotusen (750 000) kr att i Sverige marknadsf\u00f6ra cardsplittern SmartWi, vilken beskrivs i domsbilagan, eller annan v\u00e4sentligen likartad utrustning som medger abonnenter av kodade TV-s\u00e4ndningar att, utan godk\u00e4nnande av tj\u00e4nsteleverant\u00f6ren, samtidigt p\u00e5 olika TV-mottagare tillgodog\u00f6ra sig fler \u00e4n en TV-kanal \u00e5t g\u00e5ngen.<\/p>\n<p>2. A. K. med enskild firma Teknik Kedjan ska ers\u00e4tta Boxer TV-Access AB, Canal Digital Sverige Aktiebolag och Com Hem Aktiebolags deras r\u00e4tteg\u00e5ngskostnader med fyrahundratjugotv\u00e5tusenetthundratjugofem (422 125) kr, allt avseende ombudsarvode, j\u00e4mte r\u00e4nta enligt 6 \u00a7 r\u00e4ntelagen (1975:635) fr\u00e5n dagen f\u00f6r Marknadsdomstolens dom till dess betalning sker.<\/p>\n<p>Domen finns att ladda hem fr\u00e5n\u00a0<a title=\"Dom i Maknadsdomstolen\" href=\"http:\/\/www.marknadsdomstolen.se\/\" target=\"_blank\">Marknadsdomstolen<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I \u00e4rende C 4\/08 har idag domen fr\u00e5n marknadsdomstolen kommit. 1.
