Danish conviction in Card Sharing case

Eastern High Court of Denmark has convicted a suspect for taking part in card sharing during several years in association with other suspects. Canal Digital Danmark A/S was awarded 100.000,- DKK in compensation for a period of 3 months where documentation showed 169 connected clients in average per day. Due to prolonging of the case he was convicted to 5 months suspended imprissonement.
